ServiceCite reference note

Public coverage boundary

What the public IEA reference includes and what ServiceCite does not access or index.

The ServiceCite source register records 31 public Word documents retrieved from the Department of Social Services and JobAccess on 30 July 2026. Each recorded copy passed file format, DOCX archive integrity and checksum checks.

Searchable coverage

Only Guidelines Part B version 1.1 has been structured into searchable chapter pages. The other 30 documents appear in the source register with their official links, retrieval dates and recorded checksums, but their contents are not indexed by ServiceCite.

What the source register includes

  • the IEA Deed and publicly downloadable Guidelines Parts A and B
  • the Code of Conduct and Service Guarantees
  • public participant information, privacy, choice and engagement resources
  • public National Panel of Assessors material
  • related public JobAccess employer and Employment Assistance Fund guidance

Each source register entry records its publisher, official URL, retrieval date, coverage and SHA-256 checksum. The integrity checks apply to the recorded copy; they do not confirm that no later Department version exists.

What ServiceCite does not include

ServiceCite does not access, index or reproduce material held in the access-controlled Workforce Australia Provider Portal. Authorised providers are directed to that portal for additional current operational information.

Not included are referenced provider forms, supporting documents, templates, scripts, task cards, system instructions and current portal notices that require authorised access.

Using public and portal guidance

Use the searchable reference to locate Guidelines Part B and check its source details. Use the source register to open the other public documents at their official locations. Where Part B refers to a provider portal document, the link is labelled sign-in required. An authorised provider must use their organisation’s approved portal access to confirm the current instruction before relying on it operationally.

Guidelines Part B is not a stand-alone source. Use it with the IEA Deed, other applicable Guidelines, legislation and current provider portal instructions.
