DEWR published Part A v1.16 and Part B v1.24, both effective 1 July 2026. The official web assets were later modified without a stated version change, so ServiceCite records file hashes as well as version numbers.

Official DSS transition statementEvery chapter page now carries a See on canvas action that opens its place on the program canvas, and the IEA reference index links to its canvas. The canvas fits the first screen, opens with the program's own facts and branches in the side panel, and labels its two views Published order and Work areas. The chapter reader is named Reader in the navigation.
The Canvas now covers both references: every chapter and section heading of the IEA Guidelines Part B on one explorable canvas, drawn from a new recorded corpus manifest pinned to the Part B source hash, with six ServiceCite-curated work areas labelled as such.
Department-defined terms across the IEA and Workforce Australia chapter pages now carry a dotted underline: select one to read the Department's own glossary definition in place, with a link to the full entry. The source's icon-marked system, evidence and safety notes are restored as styled notes. 151 defined terms and 524 icon notes, parse-pinned by an automated check.
The program map became the Workforce Australia program canvas: one explorable view with the program at the centre, the published parts or the ServiceCite work areas as branches, and every chapter and section heading opening in place with its exact source link. Published /maps addresses redirect permanently to /canvas, so shared links keep working.
ServiceCite Maps now covers both recorded public Workforce Australia Services Guideline parts: all 41 reference pages mapped, chapter and section headings drawn as cards, all 964 recorded headings searchable, and a shareable map location. Department structure and ServiceCite-curated groupings are labelled separately. The focused transfer map pilot was retired in favour of the single structural program map, and the old transfer map address now redirects to the Transfers section in the program map.
The initial read-only Workforce Australia transfer map pilot linked each step to its exact Guideline section, with labelled relationship bases and an equivalent list view. Maps are curated navigation aids, not procedures.
Source panels and numbered policy headings now copy clean ServiceCite links so another person can reopen the same page or highlighted section.
Public Part A and Part B Guidelines were structured with separate coverage, version and source records.
Numbered-section links, source version labels and explicit boundaries were added without changing Department policy wording.
