Official publication and program timeline
Current Workforce Australia Services Guideline set published
DEWR published Part A Universal Guidelines v1.16 and Part B Workforce Australia Services v1.24, both effective 1 July 2026. Their official web assets were modified on 14 July 2026 without a stated version change, so ServiceCite records file hashes as well as version numbers.
View the recorded source setFuture mainstream employment services design consultation opened
Public consultation ran to 31 July 2026 and design work continues. DEWR has not published a replacement date, so ServiceCite keeps reform context separate from the current Guideline versions and does not infer a cutover.

ServiceCite does not show a line-by-line v1.0 comparison because the v1.0 source is not held in the recorded corpus.

ServiceCite release and evidence timeline
Workforce Australia Services public Guidelines reference added
ServiceCite structured current Part A and Part B into a separately scoped reference, retained DEWR document and version labels, and excluded the public sample Deed, Provider Portal material and other Workforce Australia services from search.
Open the referenceProgram portfolio and explicit coverage model added
ServiceCite separated Employment services from Education and skills, added official publisher profiles and program lineages, and made lifecycle, reform context and ServiceCite coverage distinct. Searchable documents remain separately labelled from program profiles and source-register-only material.
Browse the program portfolioSection citations, team workflow and DES history added
ServiceCite added stable numbered-section links, version-aware citation controls, clearer source-status language and a separate official-link reference for the former DES program. The DSS source wording was not changed by this release.
Initial public IEA source set recorded
31 public Word files were retrieved from DSS and JobAccess, integrity checked and assigned SHA-256 records. Part B v1.1 was structured into 14 chapter pages.
