ServiceCite reference note
Coverage and source boundaries
What is structured, registered and excluded from the Workforce Australia Services public Guidelines reference.
Structured and searchable
Part A: Universal Guidelines version 1.16 and Part B: Workforce Australia Services version 1.24 are reproduced from the current public DOCX files, split into source chapters and checked against fixed SHA-256 fingerprints.
Source register only
The Workforce Australia Services Deed of Standing Offer 2022–2028, effective 1 January 2026, is registered but not stored or reproduced. The Department describes the public document as a sample and directs providers to rely on their signed Deed and variations. Its source-specific copyright notice also limits reproduction.
Excluded
ServiceCite did not access or ingest the Provider Portal, Department internal network, knowledge-base articles, signed deeds, work orders, deed variations, participant information, provider records or operational system data. Links to authenticated supporting material remain links only and are inventoried in the corpus manifest.

Source material is published by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. ServiceCite is independent and is not an official Australian Government publication. Australian Government logos and the Workforce Australia brand lock-up are not reproduced.
